Carrie Mozena

Women's Centre Coordinator (currently working with the Nelson Tasman Housing Trust)

Carrie first came to the Centre as a volunteer in 2000, and has served as Women's Centre Coordinator since 2002. She has a diverse background as a manager, outdoor educator, leadership consultant and team facilitator. She is also a keen tramper and Iyengar yoga practitioner. She says "What I love about the Women's Centre is that every day we get to make a positive difference in women's lives. Whether it's improving the facility, planning programmes, organising funding, or talking together over a cuppa, it all matters."  Carrie has a strong interest in growing the supply of warm, dry, affordable housing in the region; she is a founding Trustee of the Nelson Tasman Housing Trust.
