This isn’t your typical meeting — we’re blending a touch of official business with an afternoon of fun, creativity, and connection as we have a lot to celebrate!

Raffle - The Body Shop have kindly suppled a gift backets - $5:00 a ticket - bring cash or eftpos available.
And yes, a little official business — including the election of officers, and Centre update.
👗So slip on your favourite frock (or whatever makes you feel fabulous), will supply the mocktails, and join us for a relaxed, joy-filled evening together.

An Evening with PETRA BAGUST & NIKI BEZZANT NWC ANNUAL FUNDRAISER

💜What a truly special night it was! ✨
The laughter, connection, and open sharing made it an evening to remember. We were absolutely delighted by the turnout and the incredible energy in the room. Thanks to the generosity of attendees and the amazing support of our sponsors, we raised over $10,000! 🙌
These funds will directly support the Nelson Women’s Centre and help us continue to provide vital services for women and non-binary people in our community.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended, donated, and made the night such a success — we couldn’t have done it without you. 💕
WOMENS CENTER REOPENING CELEBRATION

It was a beautiful Autumn day to welcome all our members, volunteers and stake holders back to the Center to celebrate our re-opening.
It was wonderful to see our members, previous governance and a lot of new faces and take a moment to acknowledge the work that has gone in by so many people to reopen the doors 3 days a week.

QUIZ NIGHT on INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY 9 March 2025
Our sisters from the Nelson Soroptimists organised an amazing quiz night to raise funds for Ovarian Cancer. The fully booked-out night was a great success, and we were delighted to come first equal and take home the Fresh Choice food vouchers, which the team promptly donated to the Centre. Thanks to the Soroptimist for organising this great fundraiser for Ovarian Cancer.
